Quadruple A Literary Event
On May 30th, 2009 from 3-7 p.m., the first ‘Quadruple A’ (African American Authors in Atlanta) Literary Event will be held at “The Artistry”, 942 Peachtree St. NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. Authors & readers will get to meet and mingle (and buy or sell books, of course.) I’m currently recruiting interested parties from several websites to participate. There will be light hors’dourves and a cash bar.
Admission: $25 before Mar. 31/$40 after Mar. 31
Authors: Admission includes ½ table for 2 hour book promotion (3-5 or 5-7 p.m.) AND a BlogTalk radio interview on “A Date with Destiny”!
***Limited to 30 author spots, FCFS***
Readers: Admission includes one (1) personally autographed book from the attending author of your choice.

Thinking of coming from out of town? Please let me know ASAP. I’ve worked a deal with the Hotel Midtown Atlanta for $99/night (Single or Double) which is across the street from “The Artistry.” I won’t know all the authors that will attend until their admission is paid, but so far I have commitments from Brooklyn Darkchild, Arlether Wilson, DeIra Collard-Smith, Derek Vitatoe, Gail McFarland, Dorise Conaway, Diane Dorce, Adrienna Turner, Icha Sweetz, Yoli Marie & me! LOL
